After relocating to New Rochelle I spoke with numerous pest control companies. Utlimately I selected Suburban Pest Control based on a recommendation from a neighbor and I have been very happy with their service and professionalism. They are accommodating, thorough, have an online portal and are very pleasant to speak with.

Needed a follow-up to initial wasp infestation service. Luis, a technician for Suburban, came immediately to assist us and take care of the issue. Luis was most professional, taking time to assist us, providing detailed information of steps taken to address our problem. The entire Suburban staff are most responsive and conduct themselves professionally.

Spoke with Patricia who was lovely and helpful. She asked me questions and the reason

for my call. She explained the business-side and called me back within 10 minutes with

an appointment scheduled for the same day between 2-5. She introduced Miguel, the

tech, and said he would call me 30 minutes beforehand. Miguel was punctual,

professional and knowledgeable. After taking care of the initial problem, he walked the

property looking for other possible issues.
