Exterminator was kind and courteous! Listened to what I said in my apartment great service

My original review was one of only two stars, that primarily focused on a particular employee that gave me a very terrible experience. Ralph, the manager was able to get back to me in a very timely manner and was reasonable and accommodating. A new employee by the name of Chaz was sent out to service my apartment to correct the mishap and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was highly respectful and went out of his way to make sure that the appropriate services were provided and that I was a satisfied client. Thank you!

I’m really impressed how the technicians that visit my house, make sure that they cover all the bases for properly carrying out what needs to be done.

Miguel is always on time, haven’t seen not one bug or pest since he has started coming. 10/10 recommend
